    after installing wplms 4 when I click on dashboard it shows member directory why?

    Because these labels come from menu . Please refer : https://prnt.sc/tvsa7i Edit profile field menu remove arabic items and add eng items again and then goto wp-admin -> vibebp -> settings -> buddypress -> click on Refresh Buddypress NAvigation .
