Yoast Seo Double Meta Tags

Hello, I'm having a problem with meta tags when popular seo optimization plugin Yoast is active. I'm getting double meta tags as you seen on image. Also, for the title tag I have one before Yoast's codes and I have two afte Yoast's codes. Please refer the image. It's very bad practice for SEO. How can I solve this problem? Thanks,

I'm loosing my ranks day by day due to this problem. Can you guys quickly fix it? It is really serious.

Try this :   1. Go to WP Admin - Apperance - Editor 2. Locate WPLMS theme 3. Locate init.php file 4. Locate this line of code : add_Action('init',array($this,'wplms_course_yoast_Seo_fix')); 5. Delete it or change it to : //add_Action('init',array($this,'wplms_course_yoast_Seo_fix'));   Let me know if this helps.

Thank you very much! It worked! But I found it not in init.php file. It was in action.php.

Ohh my bad, yes this is in actions.php file.
