Hello,
Yes, this is the strange thing. When using Chrome on my phone, the website appears normally, but on my desktop, both Chrome and Firefox are conflicting with the plugin.
No worries, I have sorted this out to some degree - just using Edge to edit the site.
Kind regards
J Ahmad
Hi again,
OK, so now I have discovered that it is my browser that is conflicting with my plugin, as I am using Chrome - and the plugin isn't working, but I tried Edge and the sliders are all present and the plugin is working again. Why is that happening?
Thanks
J Ahmad
Hi Diana,
Thanks for your response, however the problem isn't with the slider not downloading - I have had this website for over 2 years - but this week I noticed that Slider Revolution is no longer working. I have deactivated all other plugins, to see if there is a conflict, but the plugin is still not working and my sliders are not appearing anymore.
The strange thing is that I have installed WPLMS on a subdomain to test it out and installed Slider Revolution and it has installed fine and is working - even with other plugins installed - but on my website www.course-point.com, I have disabled all plugins and it still isn't working.
Thanks
J Ahmad
Hi Alex,
OK, I will try that out and report back to you.
Thanks

Hi Jackson,
Thanks for your help. I have now managed to migrate my site successfully from one host to another. The new host guided me through the whole process and how to link the database to the webfiles.

Hi Jackson,
Thanks for your response, but I specifically want to know how to use the Export function on WPLMS, which is shown on the Theme Page.
Thanks
Junayd
Hi Alex,
That is a bit too technical for me, however, I did remove all plugins and then re-add them one by one and managed to sort out the problem and removed a few plugins all together that were causing the issues.

Hello,
Just an update to this issue. I had a number of other issues that were affecting my backend, so I had to disable all plugins and one by one reactivated them and my backend All Quizzes menu returned.
Issue resolved!
Thanks for your support

Hello Veronica,
I decided to remove plugins from my site and then verify each external one (not native to WPLMS and not recommended by WPLMS).
I did this and discovered that Contact Form 7 was causing the Captcha mismatch on my registration page, so I removed that.
I also found the plugin that was causing the admin panel, plugin page and update page to not show at all, and that was WP Rocket, so I have removed that as well.
I also had a historic problem of my 'All Quizzes' link not appearing in the LMS menu, so they only way I could create Quizzes was through the front end - but after doing a reset of my plugins, the item has returned to the LMS menu list.
Many thanks for assistance.
