The progress bar is not going 100% even they have completed all their courses and passed their quiz. This will cause the "Finish Course button" not appearing and students are not able to complete off the course and generate their certificate. The Finish course button will only appear when the students has completed 100% - https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/unable-to-finish-course/ Not sure why is this happening for some students. - Goto the course in which he has trouble in access.
- Goto ADMIN open stats of that user and make him/ her unmarked from one unit he has completed before.
- Then it will reset the progress bar without affecting other relevant data.

Please advise thanksDecember 27, 2018 at 7:19 am #190434loganMemberHi there, This is weird server issue. it rarely happens. it is possible, when you add / remove unit from a course somehow ajax call interrupts and could not fetch data from the server that is why it happens. please try to add or remove units in downtime.
