Progress bar is not completing after you pass the exam. The quiz is the one creating the issue, it is not completing the progress bar when you pass. The progress bar is somehow not getting whether the quiz is complete a not. Please look into this urgently.December 28, 2018 at 10:47 am #190653squallhajimeSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.December 28, 2018 at 11:51 am #190659loganMemberThis reply has been marked as private.December 28, 2018 at 11:51 am #190660loganMemberCan you please tell the exact steps to replicate the issue ?December 28, 2018 at 12:33 pm #190671MrVibeKeymasterThe progress is calculated on the front end base don number of units available and number of units completed, so if there is a javascript error on page which stops the progress bar from sending progress to the backend, this can happen. Checking your site for this issue.December 28, 2018 at 1:03 pm #190675squallhajimeSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.December 28, 2018 at 1:07 pm #190679squallhajimeSpectatorDear Mr Vibe, Thank you for looking into this. I hope this can be rectified soon. It is affecting everyone doing the course. You will see 85.71%. Close your browser (log out), after some time (1-2 hour), log back in and attempt the quiz, you would see that the 85.71% progression will not change regardless you pass or fail the quiz. students that attempt one time from start to end without closing/re-visit again will not face this issue and so that is why you are not able to replicate the issue when testing it previously.December 29, 2018 at 8:14 am #190733squallhajimeSpectatorCan someone look into this? it is not fixed yet! This is creating problem for our users.December 29, 2018 at 8:54 am #190737Anshuman SahuKeymasterI just tried it but the issue is still not replicating for this course : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFlUjdrP2N I guess there is still something is missing and that could be the users are starting the quiz and then does not answer anything and logout and close the browser . That is where the issue starts . The quiz is for 30 minutes .So when they come after 30 minutes after starting the quiz it has expired and user gets the 0 marks but there is no code executed to increase its progress in course . this is the only way the issue might have appeared but luckily we have quiz retakes , when user retakes the quiz it would fix the issue . two things I would suggest : 1 . enable in course quiz .this will open the quiz in the course itself and with that the javascript will able to detect the quiz progress and actually process the progress. 2 . Make sure quiz is connected to the course in quiz settings : http://prntscr.com/m0xax7December 29, 2018 at 9:04 am #190739squallhajimeSpectator"this is the only way the issue might have appeared but luckily we have quiz retakes , when user retakes the quiz it would fix the issue" We have tested this before, once it is at 85.71% and the quiz is marked (green tick). The retake will not fixed the progression issue. It will be still be at 85.71%.
