    Dear support, We have some students facing this similar issues. The progress bar is not going 100% even they have completed all their courses and passed their quiz. This will cause the "Finish Course button" not appearing and students are not able to complete off the course and generate their certificate. The Finish course button will only appear when the students has completed 100% - https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/unable-to-finish-course/ Not sure why is this happening for some students. Please help to fix the progress bar issue ASAP.

    @squallhajime, If you are using offline courses then it can increase according to time, refer: http://prntscr.com/9z91ys Enable this setting. If you still find any issue then please share the course URL on which I can check and also that student account credential to replicate the issue.

    Dear support, what do you mean by offline courses? We dont have any offline courses and I am not able to see your screenshot. It has been removed. Please advise.

    even we go back and repeat the individual course section to watch the videos again. It does not change the percentage of progression. In the end, Admin has to manually go wplms admin backend and select complete course for the user and manually assign the certificate. how to solve this? Please advise.

    Hey there, this issue only happens when user is already accessing the course & at the same time you add or remove any unit of that course. you can fix this by resetting the progress of user within the course. this will help. Kind regards.

    Hi Support, If i reset the progress of the user, will all his past quiz results be gone? Regards.

    Yes ! Everything will be gone. Okay try this,
    1. Goto the course in which he has trouble in access.
    2. Goto ADMIN open stats of that user and make him/ her unmarked from one unit he has completed before.
    3. Then it will reset the progress bar without affecting other relevant data.

    check the issue if solved please let me know. G'Day

    Dear Support, What is the correct way to add or remove any unit in an existing course? so that to prevent this from happening. Please advise thanks

    Hi there, This is weird server issue. it rarely happens. it is possible, when you add / remove unit from a course somehow ajax call interrupts and could not fetch data from the server that is why it happens. please try to add or remove units in downtime. G'day.

    Dear Support, Please investigate on this issue and help to solve it. It is affect more and more students and they cannot complete their course if the progress bar is not working properly. It cant just be like this. Please help.
