    Hello team I have a problem with the PDF Certified Generator. The background image of the certificate does not appear in the PDF. When I generate the html pdf view if the image is seen, but when generating the PDF, the image disappears.     Hello Logan, He checked and it works, but I have two questions.
    1. Is it possible that I can configure with PNG images ?, since I have to upload digital signatures to the certificate and I need that the image does not have a background color (background transparent), which can be done only in PNG.

    2. Why does the image lose quality in the PDF? It looks a little blurry.

    Hello, 1) it works with the png files also. you can use it. I think your image was corrupted somehow. try with another image and check. 2) no it is not, always upload the HD image for example 4080 x 3072

    Hello Logan, He tested the images on the certificate, and I have the following final conclusions.
    1. The PNG image is not working, for us it is too important that PDF certificates can have PNG images, please verify this case.
    2. The high resolution and JPG images work very well in the PDF certificate.

    Please check the width and height of each of your image in the pdf certificate builder  . Also try to create a new sample certificate template and assign this template to course then assign a certificate to your student and check his profile is png image shows in his pdf certificate .

    https://prnt.sc/qadxz2 i cant test with these. also if possible share the complete video about how to replicate the issue. how are you uploading signature and what is the issue after generation of the certificate. once i receive these required details i will replicate the issue on my test setup then i will fix this on live server if there is an issue only then.
