I just setup my site - prajnalms.org. For the quiz the big issue is that when I create a new quiz and create questions then press save and then try viewing the quiz it is blank but says I am on the quiz. I have to select an existing question to get it on there and that's not how it's supposed to work. When adding a file also it works for the admin but doesn't work for anyone else and when you try to click add file nothing happens.Sounds like the same problem I am having. When I create a full course I am able to create an entire course with sections, units, assignments, and a quiz and I always hit save. first of all, I request you to please create your own topic because to check your issue if we want your's admin credentials or page URL of your site then an Email sends to the person who creates this topic with your credentials either you send them as a private reply which is not good.
so for security purposes always create your own topic.

Hello, please edit your htaccess file by using FTP || CPanel. refer this tip: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/quizzes-on-react/ follow the exact steps as guided in the above tip. follow word to word.
