    You are using the wplms 3.9.9 version right? Please share the credentials, I will look into that But if you are using version 4.0 then there is a different setting

    I updated to version 4 and the problem still but also when I updated the menu when I login disappear

    Dear User, You are not following the steps for 4.0 properly checked your site and found 4.0 is activated but plugins vibebp and wplms are not installed The old plugins are still activated. So it will definitely mess up everything if you will not follow the instructions properly First, install the above two plugins and then deactivate: vibe course module, vibe custom types, vibe shortcodes, wplms dashboard, wplms frontend and then ping us here, so I will check this redirection issue Make sure to check this FAQ section as well: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-4-0-faqs/

    Please I Installed the above two plugins and then deactivated vibe course module, vibe custom types but when I deactivated  vibe shortcodes I got error message and I can not access to admin panel and the site not working now. I follow the order of deactivated plugins

    Also we need FTP host. Issue is that you have not deactivated the wplms-dashboard and activate the wplms_plugin. So you can do From FTP change the wplms-dashboard plugin name to any random name. Plugin will deactivate automatically.

    Please I renamned the plugin name and the site working now but the updated not affected and the login still not working

    Hi, You are using some third party plugin for ssl that causes error to your site. Refer this:https://prnt.sc/tlc6f5 Deactivate the plugin that causes error
