Yes, it was solved: a colleague on Facebook advised me "Make sure that you uncheck all the boxes just as in this: https://prnt.sc/u2dzp0" Sorry, it was difficult to understand the settings. Now the user page is available to everyone, it's not very good, but I will try to understand the features... The profile menu page is not available yet (not for all users for some reason). I have no idea why it is. Can you tell me? I share the video in the next post.

In the address bar where you have https: //domain.net/members-directory/your-name after clicking the logged in menu, I have the address https: //domain.net/members-directory/#component=course. You are redirected further, but I do not. Do I need to give you a login and password from my Facebook account for you to believe me? Or maybe you have enough video to finally see what's happening with accounts that have Cyrillic names? Or maybe I set up something wrong on the site?

    Well as the nature of the issue is very strange . And i created an Ukrainian account just now to test it out .Please also share your valid ftp credentials to check this issue .
