February 24, 2020 at 11:57 pm #243665MiguelMartinLSpectator3 years ago we bought WPLMS to start our project Online Learning. On this time we have added new plugins outside of wordpress and more options; however, right now our website is not in the best condition, it´s not stable as we would like. And in the other hand, we want to add a second language in the website, in orther that we have more market than only spanish - we have the web in Spanish and also we have woocommerce - and we want to have everything in English too We have tried with WPML but the result weas very bad. All the images were duplicated, the web became very slowly; and we had to delete it. Right now we are thinking the options that we have to work with 2 websites in2 languages, but without speed problem. We would like to know your ideas; we have been thinking about 2 scenarios: 1) Multisite with some complement as MultisitePress, but we don´t know if it´s working with WPLMS. Do you have any experience about it? 2) To buy a second WPLMS Template and prepare only in English. In that case, is it possible to clone our courses from our original Spanish WPLMS? For us it´s very important to know if with another WPLMS in another domain, or subdomain, we could clone courses easy, units, photos, videos, pdfs, data base... from main WPLMS to the new one. And finally, in the option to create multisite, could we ask you personalize the template in order that it´s working everything perfect? In that case, how much is something like that? Thanks for your support.February 25, 2020 at 6:52 am #243691loganMemberHello, you are right. there are only 2 available option if not using wpml translate plugin. i think the multisite idea would be best. this is fully compatible with wplms theme.here is the guide we follow always to create a multisite setup: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-and-setup-wordpress-multisite-network/February 25, 2020 at 6:35 pm #243737MiguelMartinLSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.February 26, 2020 at 6:32 am #243763MiguelMartinLSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.February 26, 2020 at 10:51 am #243798loganMemberHello, fresh install the wplms in subdomain then follow this tip.
