Please check your third party plugins , try deactivating your third party plugins in your site .May 30, 2020 at 6:31 am #264237eduardovidSpectatorPlease, can your answerd me all my questions? I think is better and we will lose time with a lot of tickets.June 1, 2020 at 5:32 am #264603VeronicaModeratorhi, sorry for the delay in response due to support holiday. answering your questions one by one
for automatically logout. i have checked your site and didn't find anything regarding this like any wrong setting nothing. i am logged in on your site and i have not faced this logout issue so unable to replicate this. can you please explain exactly when this happens? the only solution for this now is to deactivate all the third party plugins one by one and then check.
for activation email.
please make sure you have enable some settings:
goto wp-admin -> lms - > settings -> emails -> email options -> edit activation email template -> check if there is any template there .
please make sure you have enable touch points in lms setting and also enable the welcome email setting in registration form.
Please check if you have setup any activation emails in Buddypress emails from wp-admin >> emails .
If not then please set one .

The payment message doesnt appear when a trainer wants to publish the Course (with the Premium Courses Instructor plugin). here is the tips for this can you please explain exactly which message!!! https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/instructor-premium-courses-feature/
it has been more than 20 mins on the site and still i am not facing the automatically log out issue!!!June 1, 2020 at 11:28 am #264746eduardovidSpectatorIf the Instructor Premium Courses plugin only works if wp-admin area access is disabled, its not interest for me. By disabling wp-admin area access to instructors, they leave much less options for them such as creating Certificates, Events with more options, creating meetings with zoom, etc. It doesn't make much sense that it only works if wp-admin area is disabled. Please, can you confirm me if is necesary to disable wp-admin area access? And please tell me, I dont know from where have to pay Instructor for Course publicated with the complement Instructor Premium Courses.June 2, 2020 at 11:47 am #265095Anshuman SahuKeymasterYes the backend access has to be restricted as we implemeted the publish restriction from front end only as of now in instructor premium course. And please tell me, I dont know from where have to pay Instructor for Course publicated with the complement Instructor Premium Courses.
Could not understand above statement , can you please share more on that ? Do you mean you want to forcefully allow a instructor to publish a course ?June 2, 2020 at 6:24 pm #265230eduardovidSpectatorOk, dont worry, at this moment Im not going to use Instructor Premium Courses because just works from Frontend and moreover I have do disable wp admin panel.
