Big Blue Button Server doesn’t work consistently

The Big Blue Button Video server continually fails. We've set it up on https://chidev.dev3.facadeinteractive.com/ to make sure this is going to work - before the actual event. Almost every time we click the "Join Meeting" button, (screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/y9nlgmmn ) the button goes to https://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/api/join?meetingID=ca12c6a899e72eebfbe3882bf7621cae48bdbf7c&fullName=&password=17a4b6a710&checksum=92ed0bb224f539c04e57c530640e8369b7e173a7 and the new page of https://blindsidenetworks.com/ opens instead. We have researched it; we've installed the two plugins you recommend and we're struggling. https://docs.bigbluebutton.org/2.2/troubleshooting.html is not much help: The test-install BBB server isn’t always stable, so you should definitely create your own BBB server. Tomorrow is Sunday which means support Holiday and I am not sure about the issue here, so let me explain here everything what I can First, If you are on version 3.x.x and using vibecourse module plugin and using BBB (wplms bbb) ---> this is a integration plugin which integrates the bbb feature in wplms So you will need salt and the BBB url https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-bbb-addon/ Check version 3 and below But if you are on version 4 and using plugins vibebp and wplms_plugin then check the same link(the video with v4)
