Blurry text and strange orientation in certificates

Hello We have the following problem with the Certificate plugin We have created a template and assigned it to two courses When we print try to see and print the certificate the PDF is blurry ( blurry text and details ) and although we have it on Landscape orientation we get a Portrait orientation with half the page empty. The PDF shows up correctly when we preview it in HTML and when we generate the PDF from the Centrificate plugin but from the Student profile section the PDF is messed up.   Here is a video with all the steps we did. https://www.loom.com/share/6ad6d67354e54717b56a0bd13e4b5738 Any suggestions?   Kind Regards Stratos A.

Well I saw the video . The blurry certificate you are seeing on users profile is not pdf certificate . Please also download the latest version of plugin 1.5 . Please goto the course -> admin and assign the certificate to the user again and then check in his profile .It will show pdf certificate . http://prntscr.com/nk7ygz

One last thing to check. For minimise load system generates certificate once and show the same every time you check, until you regenerate certificate as a fresh one. Refer : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/how-to-regenerate-certificate-for-user/ If still issue exist. please share site url and admin credentials and ftp in private reply. we will need it to check your issue.
