BP social setup guide line not reflect current setup with Google+, and Facebook

refer to this guideline This guide is not match current step need to take to complete the setup. I try google+ and facebook. Google+ require a different steps take to finish the setup. Facebook require extra steps to complete facebook login also require user infos/ likes, which dev need to submit a review to facebook about the site and why login need access to user likes, which take alot of step to complete the submit, also need to wait 5 days before facebook will decide if I can use the user likes infos
