    I have successfully installed the bigbluebutton plugins in WordPress, but the plugins can't work because the user can't join the meeting room. I don't understand why it's wrong but when I updated the PHP version on my website I joined the meeting on bigbluebutton plugins that couldn't work.Is it because of the PHP version that I updated? Do you have a solution to this problem?

    Hello, i dont know the problem exactly please revert back the changes of php version then check if it resolves the steps. if it does not work then please share the screenshot or video of the issue with admin credentials i will check the issue at highest priority. Waiting for quick response.

    I have followed the instructions above but they still don't work. I input [wplms_bbb token = '63eb3b1baecf' popup = '1'] in the course unit but the join meeting does not appear in the course unit. Like this : https://prnt.sc/nc06q4 I tried to input [bigbluebutton token=63eb3b1baecf] this step successfully appeared in the course unit but when i cliked button join meeting the join meeting didn't work.
