CERTIFICATE ISSUES IN APPEARANCE

Hello there, I have a problem displaying the certificate in my website www.mat-academy.com/spanish/. Even though I put the image in the background of the certificate, when I open it from the courses it displays for a second and then disappears and turns into white. Can you please fix it?

Hello there, I tried but it doesn't work out. I set a background image, it displays it for a second, but after it goes away and it prints a white background instead. Could you please check it out and help me fix it? Thanks
