Hi there, The certificate is pulling the name of the Administrator/Keymaster in the [certificate_student_name] field, irrespective of who is logged in and viewing the certificate. The option to print the certificate is not showing, even though the "Enable Print & PDF" setting has been switched to "Show" in the certificate settings.

It looks like it's displaying the author of the course it's associated with as the default name.

Ok I looked into it  ., You have added the certificate preview option in course details widget which shows the course creator's name there .It is just for preview purposes , If you want to see your actual certificate, please make sure it is assign to you and you can see it in your profile section. for checking purpose I have assigned a certificate to admin profile you can check that here: http://prntscr.com/ltw1iy

Hi Mk, Thanks for looking into that. The problem I have now is that when I try to save to pdf, the certificate is cut off. How do I ensure that it downloads a landscape pdf? Or is there an optimal resolution I must set on the certificate template?

I have checked for your issue and I found that may be this cut off issue is because after generating certificate you opened it on smaller screen that's why it was cut off. Currently I have solved it. but for next time please follow this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/add-notice-to-view-the-certificate-on-desktop/ In case if you are still facing problem. I will suggest you to re-generate certificate. you can follow this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/improvements-in-wplms-certificates/
