    Hi, I was reading previous posts and found some related topics to my issue but none provided a resolution. I too have a black background when attempting to print/view a course certificate. What is recommended here? Please don't tell me is a certificate SSL issue, that's not the case. I want a true answer.   I am using the custom CSS you guys provide with the Certificate templates and using an 800x600 background image. .mycustomcertificate .mycertificate_student_name{ position:absolute; text-align:center; top:210px; width:100%; }   .mycustomcertificate .mycertificate_student_name+p{ position:absolute; text-align:center; top:310px; width:100%; }   .mycustomcertificate .mycertificate_course{ position:absolute; text-align:center; top:340px; width:100%; }   .mycustomcertificate .mycertificate_course + p{ position:absolute; text-align:center; top:400px; width:100%; }   .mycustomcertificate .mycertificate_student_marks{ position:absolute; text-align:center; top:430px; width:100%; }   .mycustomcertificate .mycertificate_code{ position: absolute; text-align: center; top: 640px; width: 100%; }
