October 15, 2019 at 7:31 am #230156raul_sParticipantHello! I have created a course and the certificate is displayed on the course page when the student starts that course and before course completion. I want the certificate to be displayed only after the student has passed the quiz and obtained the minimum passing percentage. Thank you.October 16, 2019 at 7:08 am #230318loganMemberHello, create a course and quiz. quiz should be connected to the course. set a quiz passing mark. suppose you want to set 10 marks to pass in quiz. when quiz is not completed then the certificate will not assign. a certificate is only assigned if the user completes the 100% of a course and then clicks the finish course button.October 17, 2019 at 9:52 am #230448raul_sParticipantHello! I have followed the steps described above but the certificate is still displayed for the students before they complete the course and take the quiz. Here is a printscreen: https://training.myfun.ro/wp-content/uploads/2019/certificate-problem.jpg The course certificate is displayed under the "Start Course" button and if I click on it will open a popup with student's certificate. I want this Course Certificate to be shown after the user completes the 100% of a course and then clicks the finish course button.October 18, 2019 at 7:00 am #230561loganMemberHello, Share the Admin Credentials in a Private Reply So That I Can Check the Issue at Your End. Also, Share the Course Url.October 18, 2019 at 7:34 am #230569raul_sParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.October 19, 2019 at 11:11 am #230684loganMemberHello, No this is not the case, it is showing a sample of the course certificate with the course name and admin name. it has nothing to do with the real certificate. when the user will complete the course 100% and finish the course. he will be assigned a new certificate with his marks and the actual activity performed in a course. if you want to remove this please let me know.October 22, 2019 at 6:42 am #230889raul_sParticipantThank you for your reply! I have one more question: When I try to export the certificate as PDF document, it is saved in portrait mode although the certificate is created in landscape mode. Could you recommend what to do in this case for the certificate to be saved in landscape mode in the PDF file?October 22, 2019 at 7:53 am #230901loganMemberHello, Please share a video of the issue, I will have a look and then I will guide you. Hello,
i saw the issue. thanks for providing me the video. this was very helpful.
you are using HTML builder. this has some serious issues thats why we have created the pdf builder plugin. use this builder. trust me this works great and provides the HD certificate.
download from here and then upload zip file: wplms-pdf-certificates
watch these tips:

any help needed, do not hesitate to ping me.
then use wplms custom certificate code plugin and set the numbers like this {{year}} 00 {{n}} it will do the trick.October 28, 2019 at 2:31 pm #231433raul_sParticipantHello, Thank you for your response. It worked very nicely. Not it generates correct Certificates. You are awesome!!! Now regarding the certificates codes I can not seem to work it out. I followed the steps from your videos but my problem is that the counter {{n}} always increases. How can I reset it to start from 1? Now for the formula {{n}} generates 7188. I want to start it from 1 again. Special request, but not a deal breaker. I would like to have it as 0001 0002 ... 0010 ... 0100 ... 0195 is it possible? If i write in the pattern 000{{n}} it will generate something like 0001 0002 ... 00010 ... 000100 ... 000195 Thank you!October 29, 2019 at 7:54 am #231495DianaParticipant@raul_s, This is actually a counter. Even you delete the codes, it will count after that. We are storing the values in this table refer: http://prntscr.com/ppibaq refer: http://prntscr.com/ppianlNovember 12, 2019 at 2:59 pm #233184raul_sParticipantHello! I saw that you tried to find a solution for this: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/customized-certificate-code/ I used wplms custom certificate code plugin and I set the numbers like this {{year}} 00 {{n}}. Is there a way to pass a parameter to function {{n}} so that it does not give out a random number? {{n}} must be in sequential order from 0001 (the first certificate of every year) and every certificate must be generated in automatic and in sequence (0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005). Now it shows a number like 8057. Thank you!November 13, 2019 at 8:05 am #233260loganMemberHello, try this updated plugin: wplms-custom-certificate-codes this was a custom feature request but i think this could help you better. refer: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/customized-certificate-code-2/page/1/November 13, 2019 at 10:26 am #233296raul_sParticipantThis reply has been marked as private. -
