Course review blank for students

When a student clicks on Review Course it goes to blank page. I have looked at all remedies in the forum:

1. Comments & Ping enabled

2. Disabled and enabled Jetepack

3. Saved permalinks and etc.

Nothing worked. can you assist?  Need students review. Thus far this process has been done by email. We have asked for a resolution a few months back but did not receive a resolution.

Can you please confirm if you are using any child theme in your setup ? If yes then please try copying the "comments.php" file and "course-review.php" file from default wplms theme and paste these files in your child theme . If you are using default wplms theme and still facing the issue then please share your site url and admin credentials to check the issue at your end . PS: mark reply as private while sharing credentials .

I checked the following course in your site : http://www.adraceu.com/course/adr-profession-a-quasi-legal-practice-what-can-go-wrong-5-cme-general-civil-includes-3cme-ethics5cle-general-3cle-ethics-fl4cle-general-2-5-cle-ethics-wa/ 1.  found that comments were not enabled for this course ( http://prntscr.com/c7ct9n ). 2.  emptying all the W3 Total cache caches despite both these points the issue was not resolved. Can you share FTP details to further look into this issue asap.

Thanks it works but for some reason students can't print certificates the ICON is gone for all certificates. Need help ASAP. Students are complaining
