Course Status Page is not working

Hi, I've just edited the "Course Status" page as instructed via the directions from the pre-formatted page. All I did was enter in my own text and then when I hit save and went into my course "Foundations" and clicked on the start course button it took me to the page: http://www.bizwooschool.com/course-status/ but as you can see, it no longer shows the course and the topics and I cannot enter into the course. Please help!
