i think this coming from your theme update
i check most of your demos and most of them use 3.9.4 version
my website and all links that i give you use the latest version of your theme
please inspect the problem and give me a solution

This was a bug reported by a user, that the browser back button does not take the same link.
For example, you do the pagination in course directory then select a course and press back button in browser.

ok the fix is easy. In WP admin - Plugins- Editor - Vibe course module - includes - js - course.js
Locate this code :
init_page_links_course_dir();
and change to
// init_page_links_course_dir();
I would discuss this with team if we need to roll out an update of the vibe course module plugin for this.
in the latest 24 hours i modify 2 files in vibe-course-module depend your support
