    and the cause of the error starts with you. Host technicians say "I was able to find the error reported. I carried out extensive checks and examining the operations performed by the php process running at the time the problem was found I identified that the cause of this anomaly is a series of requests to the host www.vibethemes.com, as shown by the following "stack trace". The process continues for many minutes until cloudflare times out. On our part there is no block for connections to the host pointed to by www.vibethemes.com (which also uses cloudflare). I can assume that it is a theme or plugins related setting that makes this call and that from February that host is responding more slowly.     I update but I'm not sure at the moment if all will be okay. But for the moment as always I updated WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. I ask now, why? Is it okay?

    to upgrade to 3.9 yesterday it took me almost 2 hours because I had to wait between a 524 error and the other when it was available   Hosting said "I encounter other requests that time out: 32175 read(7, 0x55b840f051a3, 5) = -1 EAGAIN (Resource temporarily unavailable) however in this case a Wordpress component itself is used: 32175 open("/home/.../public_html/wp-includes/Requests/Transport.php", O_RDONLY) = 5 32175 connect(7, {sa_family=AF_INET, sin_port=htons(443), sin_addr=inet_addr("104.26.9.17")}, 16) = -1 EINPROGRESS (Operation now in progress) It is difficult to identify it as many plugins are active.

    Hi we have disable cloudflare which was blocking the requests .Please check now .

    Hosting said Cloudflare is active but there are connectivity issues https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ Therefore, error 524 may depend on Cloudflare itself.
