    Well the user is actually added in the courses .please check : http://prntscr.com/noxy18 Its just somehow the courses are not showing in user's my courses in profile . Maybe the issue is due to caching or something .

    I disable all caching but the issue is still present. Can you please correct? Thanks

    Well we looked into this and spent hours finding the issue and came to find that its the wordpress query that is not able to fetch the correct results : maybe due to caching for user courses . The values are present in database but wp_query is not fetching the results for that user particularly somehow .   Please check if the user has logged in for once on website .

    I changed some code. and tested it with new user. It worked fine,
    Please check one more thing. Is it working for older users or not? At least test for two old users. Thanks in advance .
