Exam Issue (mock and final)

There are hundreds of complaint about the mock exam and final exam issue. I'm explaining below, When a Learner answers all questions after submitting the questions the quizzer is not taking all of the answers. Lots of answers are missing from students end, we checked also from admin end most of the answers were missing every time when Learners taking their exams. Our most of the students facing the same issues every day so we need immediate support from your team. I attached a screenshot https://prnt.sc/tduvzk note: we are using react quiz in our all sites. So please provide us with valid feedback.

1. Verify Comment moderation settings in WP Admin -> settings -> Discussion as given in documentation (Checked)

2. Verify that each of question in the quiz has comments enabled in the Discussion metabox in question edit screen in WP Admin. By default it is enabled. (Checked)

3. If even after confirming above settings this Quiz is not saving the answers, try disabling Site Tracking in BuddyPress components from WP Admin -> Settings -> BuddyPress -> Components (Checked)

Above all points are checked and already there. So whats now? We are facing issues everyday.

Hi we would recommend you to update the vibe course module plugin to latest version 3.9.9.3 and use the react quizzes which works fine: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/quizzes-on-react/ Please do follow the important points carefully and then enable the react quizzes .   Make sure that you enable the wp-admin -> lms-> settings -> api -> enable api , enable registration and enable auth server .
