Few setup issues

Hello WPLMS support, I sent an email for support more than 24 hrs ago, and haven't heard from you. You were extremely prompt in answering my pre-sale questions, but not sure why the delay now. Hope you can help me out. 1. Buddy drive says 'repair' in admin page as it is not associated with any page in the web. 2. WPbakery plugin is not updated and not updating manually. I tried it few times. 3. With my previous communications, you indicated that bigbluebutton.org feature is present and also "livechat" will be available. I am unable to see both. Can you please help? 4. Modern theme is installed. But it is not present in the demo switcher. If I switch to another theme and want modern them back, how can I get it? 5. is the woocommerce setup and ready to go? I have the modern theme. Can't seem to find anything in the home page (where student_college.jpeg is shown). Where is this main page of the theme? How can i edit it? Thanks, drb

I can quickly help you out with a few things:

1. just follow the link to "repair" Buddy Drive". It is not broken but it needs its special page or at least follow the repair link once that this message disappears, as far as I remember

2. If the plugin doesn't get updated (an old problem with updating themes) automatically I always unzip the latest downloaded zip of the theme, then to the folder wplms / plugins and unzip js_composer and overwrite the version on your web space. Then you have the latest version

3. for live chat you have to buy the extra addon plugin "Live Chat" which you can find in the forum on the right side for example. After installing it correctly you have this feature available. Or you can go (with the latest theme update) to LMS => Add Ons and the Tab "Live". There you also will find the link to buy it.

4. no idea

5. WooCommerce will be configured with the setup wizard or you can do this manually if you know what you are doing. There are good installing videos on youtube in the vibethemes channel.

1. create a page named buddydrive and then goto settings -> buddypresss -> pages -> set there buddydrive page .
2. Please first make sure that your wplms theme is updated to latest version 3.6 and then follow :https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-update-visual-composer/
