okay what about email? I want to meet with someone in video conferencing, they should receive the email. But they never receive it.

I just noticed Buddypress member has Gifts, Vibe BBB link, Achievements so why they don't work?

Our site is not PWA yet (In vibebp->Settings we have unchecked the service worker for time being.). Are you saying those links will only work if we have PWA? Please clarify.

We have wplms gift course addon which is compatible with v3 but not with v4
and we are working on this. That's why "Gifts" link is not working in PWA
"Achievements" -----> we didn't introduced any plugin which will show anything in achievements tab . That's why it is also not working

Gifts:
As its not compatible with V4 it would be better if we can deactivate for time being. Is there timeline when you can make it compatible with V4?
Achievements: its part of buddypress. Ok so it does not belong to you. Okay understood.
Also I just noticed Calendar and appointments link does not show anything after I updated wplms theme and wplms plugins and vibebp plugin.
As far I can recall calendar used to work before I update the theme and plugins recently.

Now Vibe BBB:
What happens here, when an instructor login to dashboard and want to create meeting with student, he types student name and student name appears. And after filling out all meeting details, meeting was created at certain time, but that student never receives any notification either email or anything to know there is a meeting setup.

We believe student should receive notification in their email that a meeting is setup. But no email was sent.

I need to ask the developer of this plugin that if there is any feature to send an email or not. As per my knowledge, there is no such feature. But do ping me here tomorrow So I can confirm you

Calendar and appointments are working. We have older version of appointments, after updated these 2 workings.
