    Meeting notification is working after updating the vibe BBB plugin and deactivate wplms BBB. I guess we don't need wplms bbb as we have 4+ https://prnt.sc/wi7q7l

    hi yes in version 4 no need to install wplms BBB in version 4 just use the vibe BBB plugin for the meeting.

    but meeting link is wrong. It was before working perfectly but after the update, meeting link is not found though the notification says meeting url found. Please see my earlier messages.

    Yes, the Only vibe-BBB plugin needs in 4.x. Is the Open in new tab button not working? Also please create a new topic for the BBB issue and also share this URL as a reference. In my end working good https://prnt.sc/wjl0rw.Sometimes bbb server does not responde so meeting url not get .

    Yes you are correct. open in new tab button not working. it used to work before i update the vibe bbb. I guess you are right saying bbb server does not respond but in real life in live site if bbb server does not respond then we are doomed. I will check once more and update you here or should i create a new ticket on bbb forum?

    Update: After the video recorded done, i tried to click button again and this time, it opens the correct link but it shows message: FAILED notFound We could not find a meeting with that meeting ID and the browser URL is: http://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/api/join?meetingID=6c934f8915da8b81d6e7bca4bfe73142211e02e1&fullName=Zakir+Sajib&password=&checksum=078f0c88a2f19d347be6ed946a32054a6a446240

Try to check creating new meeting if you get any issue then create a new topic related to BBB and also share your site admin details in a private reply.

    Please create a new topic for BBB as this topic is not related to this. Also, share the admin credential with the site url and this topic reference too. The given credential is changed to something another character we are unable to login to your site.

    username is right but your editor adds xtra character. use zakir@ and then our website. Correct User is after the character >

    Wow very good. But one thing, I tested and it works but i enabled the recording option, and in video conferencing mode, it shows me to record and i recorded but question is where the recorded file and how to access it? Thank you for your time. Really appreciate.
