ok I debugged this but it seems like we cannot hide that setting right now . 

we have to add additional classes to remove that setting for this.

HI forums can be deleted from backend wp-admin-> forums as of now , cannot be deleted from front end as of now

Hi,

The Forum menu does not appear in the Back end of Wordpress and therefore, I cannot delete those that do not interest me.

I have the necessary plugins installed and activated but that Forum menu is not in the WordPress desktop menu.

Please use the passwords we gave you to check it.

Well to see forums in backend you need to keymaster , the admin creds you shared has moderator permissions only and im not able to change it : https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c0QUDnV5DYG

The access I have given you is administrator, with all privileges.
Please watch this video to verify that your access is administrator and that the Forum menu does not appear in the backoffice, so I cannot manage them, delete them, etc. from anywhere.
I don't understand what privilege means as keymaster, please tell me in detail how to solve this issue.

Yes I agree but there seems something wrong in your site with administrator user role . Keymaster privillage is not given to the administrator .
