This link that you sent me has nothing to do with my problem, I do not have the User Role Editplugin installed and I do not have access to the BBpress settings either. Please do not delay this issue any longer, use the login keys that I sent you and solve it. I have already paid for their support several times and I am increasingly unhappy with their help.
The issue is not at all related to theme or any of our plugins , its related to bbpress and your setup , not every user is facing the issue you are facing , issue is site specific you have to follow the guide you admin does not have the keymaster user role , this is where the issue is appearing anf that link is the solutin to it .you have to add keymaster permissions to your admin user in order to see / delete forums etc.
