Frequent Internal error

We are getting a frequent internal server error on our website and according to the hosting provider its is mainly because of the woocommerce and the vibe shortcode plugins. Can you kindly assist?

Well I guess this might be due to server resources are getting exahasuted from time to time . * TAKE COMPLETE BACKUP OF YOUR SITE before following these points : 1. Please try disabling all the touch points from wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> touch points . 2. update bbpress plugin first of all ,then all other plugins in your site from wp-admin -> dashboard -> updates screen . Then update your wplms theme . Deactivate and delete the envato market plugin from site .  3. Ask webhost to increase php memory limit to atleast 128MB . 4. Ask webhost to switch to php version 7.1 or 7.0 (these are much faster and less resource consumable then php 5.6 )

Hi, I checked your website all the plugins are updated to latest version but wplms theme is at 2.8 version. Please update your wplms theme to latest version 3.4.2 Refer: Automatic update: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ Manual update: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/

Also, Please deactivate your envato market plugin.
