Ok please follow : please select the “BuddyPress on Single Page ” from wp-admin -> vibebp -> settings . Also make sure that the Offline Page URL [Required] is selected in service worker file . then : update your wplms push notifications plugin to latest version . then goto vibebp -> service worker -> change the version there and then regenerate service worker and then again submit to pwabuilder.com to build a new release on playstore to fix this .

Hi, 1. "please select the “BuddyPress on Single Page ” from wp-admin -> vibebp -> settings . Also make sure that the Offline Page URL [Required] is selected in service worker file ." -> I did this from the beginning and I have just re-saved it 2. "update your wplms push notifications plugin to latest version ." -> I don't have this plug in and didn't enable it in Vibebp setting, where may I find this ? 3. "vibebp -> service worker -> change the version there and then regenerate service worker and then again submit to pwabuilder.com to build a new release on playstore to fix this ." -> I didn't upload it to playstore, just want to test on my phone as an apk file first. I did change the version and resubmit to pwabuilder too but it didn't work. Could you please try it to see how it goes ? I got similar advices before and applied them weeks ago too but none of them worked

kindly check the FAQ https://docs.wplms.io/faqs-1/app-faqs , there is only 1 faq related to this query. If you follow the tutorial correctly there is n o reason the address bar would appear. There are many users who published their apps on playstore and Check our sample app : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vibethemes.twa if you're still getting the address bar then Google trusted web activity is unable to link app with your domain. This is not a question specific to wplms but on how google's bubblewrap technology works for PWA and there are many solutions available on web which you can see : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54597728/trusted-web-activity-address-bar-not-hide-chrome-for-android-72 The issue can range from how your wordpress is setup in a folder/sub-folder to your domain not mapped correctly.

Hi, my problem is about the SERVICE WORKER not the address bar 1. I successfully generated an app and installed it successfully to my phone. I missed the step of putting files in the .well-known folder therefore the address bar was there. There was problem with the address bar, but PWAhelper recognized Service worker and successfully exported the app. 2. I had to deactivate the Service worker as your team advised me that it was not compatible with Elementor, therefore I had to disable it to use Elementor. After finished editing with Elementor, I reactivated Service worker, it is not shown in PWAhelper. Besides, another change was about adding missing font in Service worker, this was done by your team too. I just followed the advices from your team. I didn't make any change related to folder or sub-folder setup. 3. After making the above changes, I regenerate Service Worker, and PWAhelper didn't recognize it.

This is your instruction video https://youtu.be/8QkRH3yE6Hg , do you mean that instruction ? It assumed that everything is setup correctly, only need to copy the address to pwahelper and the app is generated. My problem is I copy the link but pwahelper doesn't recognize service workers I followed the following instruction from Alex and months ago I got the app generated and installed to my phone: 1. Scope of service worker is root from wp-admin -> vibebp -> settings -> service worker . 2. Offline page URL Now I do it again with the same settings: I could installed the app on Chrome and Edge, but pwahelper still doesn't recognize service worker https://vimeo.com/544262629/fe013e7bb6

Hi, the app was created, the app works normally when there's internet connection. However, when there's no connection, the app fails to load, there's no offline page. I think it's because of service worker. I explained what I did above, please help me investigate why service worker is not working and how to fix it. PS: I don't see the address bar anymore Thank you very much.

Important point : When ever you make changes in service worker, always make sure you change the version of service worker and regenerate the service worker again. All the above information indicates that the service worker may not have been generated because it keeps track of all offline loading and caching capabilities. Make sure you set the offline page in your service worker settings . however in your site the service worker is generated : yoursite/firebase-messaging-sw.js checking for more details.

Hi, it's strange, I just changed the version and successfully regenerated service worker, however, pwabuilder didn't recognize service worker again. How I try to do it again, I didn't get the message of "service worker successfully regenerate", at the same time, I don't find my Single page in Offline Page URL https://vimeo.com/545439531/9e3a72e61a The Single Page option used to be there Please help me check

Could it be a problem with unregister service worker in "inspect" page to enable elementor ? I didn't have a problem with generating the app before that

There are no errors now in your service worker : https://prnt.sc/12oekaw https://prnt.sc/12oekyq But still pwabuilder is not recognizing your servicer worker . There seems to be an issue with pwabuilder itself .

Pwabuilder recognizes service worker in my first attempt 2 months ago, I think there should be some changes in my page that caused the issue. THis is the file first exported with service worker https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fYJPbv4Uq9kxfd3VOBFWKESkDQOLnGnB/view?usp=sharing Pwabuilder still export with the set of file here to install, it still loads the single page as an app, however, it is not working when offline https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XzfuDkW8Gr8mvRY360OowaYo1VTz_jKS/view?usp=sharing Is there anyway I can add service worker manually to the files ?
