    You can translate this text back in english or in any other language .     Try editing the table html and provide a border attribute to table : refer : <table border="1"> Also you can try other third party plugins to add table in your pages .

    i need to add it in front end..?? back end  i restricted for instructors...

    You have to put this border attribute from the back end if want border in your table. So instructors need to access the back end for this .this is the only way available in wplms as of now  . You can try using a third party plugin ofr the table in front end that allow borders or apply css for this  .
