    Hi, Whenever I download the wplms theme from themeforest. I am getting the version 2.5.2 only. I need to update my theme to the latest version 3.4.2

    That's very strange . Please provide your site url , wp-admin credentials and a valid FTP credentials to install latest theme . PS : mark reply as private while sharing credentials .

    @vivekanandan, You need not download the new wplms theme from anywhere. you can get auto updates for the theme. For that refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ While setting up the demo, select demo7 to avail demo7 for your site. Need FTP Credentials as well P.S. Mark your reply as private while sharing your credentials

    The auto updating is not working for me plus I couldn't download the updated theme from themeforest also.

    I got the API key from themeforest settings. Thank you so much for your support. Let me check and update you whether the them is updated for me or not.

    I uploaded my logos and icons in the media but I couldn't set the logos in wplms header section. Does this related to memory size assigned for wordpress? I tried to change it in wp-config file. But it doesn't work. When I tried to change it in php.ini and .htaccess I received fatal error which made me install the wordpress from beginning.

    I have tried all the methods provided in the 2 links. Nothing works. When I deactivated all the plugins, it worked. I am planning to activate the plugins one by one to find out which plugin is causing the problem.
