We re-ran the setup wizard to add some features that we weren't running before. The features were successfully added but it changed our main menu to this constantly expanded menu that spans the entire screen especially since we have mega menu enabled. The menu can be found at university.kimroybailey.com

When ever you want to add any feature using rerunning setup wizard you need to skip all the steps except the step which you want to run.

Please remove and reupload your logo. ANd check the appearance>>customize>>custom css section that have you lost any custom css there?
A menu item in your menu has been removed.
Edit the menu and fix it. WP admin - appearance - menus
or simply create a new menu.

Menu is set as normal in Appearance > Menu
There is no Custom CSS
Header menu is set to 'default' Apperance > Customize > Header > Header Style
VibeBP Header options are normal
Plugin conflict indicates that WPLMS-Plugin is causing the main menu to break. The menu works fine when WPLMS Plugin is disabled. See the video below for details

Can we deactivate the third-party plugins on your site to check the menu issue?
Because if the issue is with wplms_plugin then it should appear on all users site
Let me know, and make sure the plugins should be updated to the latest version vibebp and wplms_plugin(1.5.5)

Yes, you may do all that you need to address the issue. We have multiple backups of our files and database. Our University users are using our other platforms until these issues are settled.
The plugins are at the latest version. Just for the record, can you provide a link to the plugin download page, we are not getting update notifications for WPLMS And VibeBP since we migrated from a single site to a subsite in the network.

The user privelidges have been updated, you should not be able to access the plugin panel and Network controls from the admin area.

I tried deactivating few plugins but still no effect
Did you used Elementor Addons ? Or Elementor Pro to create these menus?
If not, then do one thing, please create your main menu again
And then check after saving

We have explored all options the menu works beautifully only when the WPLMS plugin is deactivated. Obviously that is not a viable option. We have created the menu using Max Mega Menu. It works OK on the homepage https://university.kimroybailey.com/ but not so well on the course pages eg. https://university.kimroybailey.com/course/free-step-by-step-solar-energy-installation-training-course-level-1/
Would like some assistance getting the menu format with the aforementioned pages.
