We were using the inbuilt functionality to make the Mega Menu but the menu only loaded when the WPLMS plugin is deactivated. Please see the video below with the plugin conflict test

The video showed the menu loading fine when the plugin is deactivated. That is what got us to explore other alternatives. In fact, whether we load Mega Menu or regular menu, they're both broken on our site when the WPLMS plugin is activated.

I am happy to confirm that the Mega Menu is indeed working superbly with the WPLMS plugin activated. What plugins did you deactivate (if any) our team has been struggling with this issue for the past month at least. Anyway, I thanks you, @Ada, @Diana, @Veronica and the rest of the team.
