    1) Avatar uploading doesn't work. When I go to the profile - choose an image - click upload then crop - I see a red box and nothing more. I use Loco Translate to make the translation. https://gyazo.com/b6a2ee659fe758fb890306f28222ccff I hide this heading for now, because I'm unsatisfied with the heading. 3) When I try to translate WPLMS via Loco Translate and try to save the changes - I get the error - Error: Web server cannot create backups in "languages". Fix file permissions or disable backups in settings What I could do to solve it? 4) Some of my students complain that they can't access the course. On the admin panel I see that instead of 9999 days left they have "Course Expired". Why is that? 5) In the admin panel when I click "Add student to a course" the page goes up. And nothing happens. When a person receive a message you could only open it from the email. If you just refresh message page - nothing will happen. The only solution is to clean all the the website cache using WP Rocket.

    Hi there, I assume that some of the problems may come from the WP Rocket (Cache plugin) minification. So if that the case please turn off problematic minification. Thank you :)

    1. 5. 7. 8. I checked your site and found the wplms theme to be updated to latest but all the plugins are still at version 2.0.9 . Please update all the wplms and vibe plugin to the latest and again check these issues . 2. This is present in wplms theme . Please refer this tip to translate it : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-codestyling-localization-plugin/ Plugin link provided at the starting of the tip . 3. Please login into your cpanel and create a "languages" folder in your wp-content folder . then create a "plugins" and "themes" folder in your wp-content/languages folder . 4. That can appear due to caching . For this to check please share login  credentials of such user who is facing this issue and url of the course in which she is facing such issue . PS: mark reply as private while sharing url and credentials . 6. I can't find these lines to translate. 3. I already have these folders in place. However the WPLMS translation is located in the wp-content - themes - wplms - languages. Could it be the problem? 5. It doesn't work as it suppose to work. I will share second credentials of a user - so you will be able to create a chat between them. As I said for example I want to send a message to the course instructor - no problem. An instructor could receive a message - no problem. If an instructor reply to the student - student can't see a message! Because student see only fist message and successful submission of the first message!     1. I checked your site and checked the issue . Please note that this is standard Buddypress module and  wplms does not interfere in it at all .Please check the folder permissions of your wp-content/uploads/avatars folder . Folder permissions should be 755 and file permissions should be 644 . Try setting up a test site on your server with default 2015 wordpress theme and Obly buddypress plugin and check if the issue is replicated there too ? 2. Please refer this tip to translate them : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-loco-translate-plugin/ . These texts are present in the vibe customtypes plugin . 3. Please read the above reply carefully . I told you to check and create the languages folder in your wp-content folder and then in your wp-content/languages folder please create a plugins folder and themes folder . refer : http://prntscr.com/c3yy4y Please also check the folder permissions of your wp-content/languages and all its subfolders folder . Folder permissions should be 755 and file permissions should be 644 . 5. Checked the issue and replicated it on your site . but was not able to replicate it on our test site . Can you please try disabling the scripts minification and again check the issue ? 7. This seems to be related to caching . We are making a query to fetch all the course there and query clearly indicates that it fetches the courses in which course status is set for the user in that course . 8. There are many js error related to tinymce in your site . refer : http://prntscr.com/c3zssd I suspect that this is also related to the caching cloudfare wp rocket . 9. Yep it seems the page is cahced and it not reflecting the new messages . I would recommend you to clear any kind of cache cloudfare and script minification and check these issues again coz most of these issues are really strange and neither we are able to replicate the issue on our test sites nor any other user have reported this .

    Thank you for your help. The main problem was with the Caching plugin (JS minification). 1. Solved 2. Solved 3. I read it carefully. As I said I already have these folders in the wp-content/languages. Folder permission is 777 (which has more rights than 755). What should I do next? Should I move theme translation files from the wp-content/themes/wplms/languages ? 5. Solved 7. Doesn't work. Just to make sure that I get it right. Is there anything that we can do? 8. Solved 9.
