Plugin EventOn doesn´t work

Hi. I see this warning in the backend of Wordpress: "EventON Tickets is NOT active! - You do not have EventON main plugin, which is REQUIRED." However, the plugin EventON is installed and activated and I don´t see any other plugin to install. Best regards.

@TuAlmaVeda, This is what it means: https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/set-event-tickets/ Make sure wplms eventon should be installed and activated as well

Both plugins, EventON - Event Tickets and WPLMS EventOn, are installed and activated. But the error continues. You can see a screenshot with the warning, the plugins installed and activated and the error in the frontend. Well the main eventon plugin is not active in your site the plugin name Exactly as "EventOn" . You can install from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins . If still issues appears then please share your site url and admin creds in private rpely .

Hi. I have installed the plugin directly and the error message continues, although now I do see the event information in the frontend. On the other hand I have updated the template and now there is another problem: it does not let me activate the WPLMS Dashboard plugin. The following fatal error appears: Cannot redeclare wplms_get_random_color () (previously declared in /home/tualmave/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wplms_plugin/includes/wplms-dashboard/includes/functions.php:3) in / home / tualmave / public_html / wp-content / plugins / wplms-dashboard / includes / functions.php on line 3. Any ideas? One last question: before updating the template it told me to disable the Vibecoursemodule, Vibe Custom Types, Vibeshortcodes, WPLMS Dashboard, WPLMS Assignments and WPLMS Front End plugins. But once the template is updated, I have to activate these plugins again, right? Thank you.

hi, means you are using the wplms4 right! if yes then it's very important to follow this tip carefully: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_x-HOMItL8 first, implement this step by step carefully then proceed further.

hi, sorry forgot reply about 1st issue this is because you are using wplms4.0 so no need for dashboard plugin in the theme setup you need to disable some plugins and dashboard is one of them that's the reason behind this error

We have followed the steps of the video but there must be a basic problem that makes the course system not work properly. There are several major problems. For example:

• In this part (see image: http://prnt.sc/tp8u83) when I click on the Complete button, after modifying the configuration of Vibe BP, it does nothing, nothing happens.

• In the user area, the dashboard does not show any information, neither for the instructor nor for the user. The widgets are placed in the widget area correctly.

• In the user area it is indicated that there are courses but these courses are not shown. (see image: https://prnt.sc/tp8ud2)

• The course area appears empty, without information (see image: https://prnt.sc/tp8uf0)

We are concerned with all these problems. We have been developing the website for months and a simple update is giving all these problems. It may be an easy matter for you to fix, but we don't know what to do.

for first: make sure that fist you have theme version4.03 and before doing this: https://prnt.sc/tp8u83 you should disable the plugins which are mentioned

for second, third and forth for that you need to make sure that you have selected the blank templates from wp-admin>>customize>>layouts and then select blank templates>>save

Hi, Veronica. I tried to follow your directions, but I´m sorry to tell you than it doesn´t work. The theme version is 4.01 and I don´t see any update. Hello, Dear User, first step is to check whether the vibe-bp plugin is installed or not Go to wp-admin > appearance > install plugins Check for the plugin and then install and activate it Now all the functionalities of vibebp will be visible on your site After that when you go to plugins section you will find "run setup wizard" here you will find this section: https://prnt.sc/tp8u83 After selected blank templates follow these steps: 1- go to WP admin - settings - buddypress - pages - set all directories to none, members , course and groups

1. Go to WP admin - Pages and locate and edit all above pages with elementor

2. Add the members directory widget in members page, groups directory in groups page, course directory in course page.

3. go to same location as 1 and set the pages back and save,
