Hi we have fixed the issue atleast the user will login the session from other sites wont be logged out due to firebase authentication not working due to change in refresh token. We need to update the password to firebase as well in order to tackle this.

"single session" is working only after deleting users from firebase.

this issue can appear when user with an email got deleting from wp and then registers again with the same email again , then password does not syncs with firebase in this case . We are researching how to update password in background when such case happen .
