Hello, First I must say that, unfortunately, since I began using WPLMS one and a half years ago I've tried several times to configure a certificate template but never achieved what I wanted! And I've followed every step of the video tutorial. So I've never enabled certificates in my courses. Having said that, now I need urgently to set up a certificate template for one of my courses, so I've tried again and failed. When I preview my certificate pressing the "View PDF HTML" the certificate is perfectly displayed. Although when I apply manually to a student that already took the course, the certificate appears as a "black line". Any idea of what is happening? What I did: 1) Inserted a background image (1750x1238) 2) Created a Custom Class 3) Created 3 CSS classes with parameters "position:absolute", width: 100%, top XXpt, text-align:center, etc 4) PDF Margins 10,10,10,10 5) PDF Orientation: A4 Landscape 6) Inserted the HTML Text like
[certificate_student_field field='XXXX']

[certificate_course]

[course_completion_date]
What could be wrong? Thanks in advance. Rgs, Rodrigo

@roath, Creating certificates and to show it properly. It all depends on your custom CSS. You can try this addon. This made it easier to create certificate templates check this addon: https://wplms.io/downloads/wplms-pdf-certificates/ Tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGY version 1.2 with fonts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyJGVlegWTc
