Quiz of survey type appears blank in course

Hi, I've just created a question of survey type: https://prnt.sc/tkl4oq but when testing it in the course, the quiz appears blank.https://prnt.sc/tkl4yi Why is this so? hi, first, make sure that you have followed this tip properly: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/survey-question-type/ and secondly, make sure that you have updated to the latest plugins and theme on your site after that please make sure that your php version should be updated and if you are using react quizzes then please let us know and one more thing that i want to know : is this happening for all quizzes or with only single survey type quiz?

hi veronica, yes, I've followed the video. and this is only happening for survey type quiz. I've my wplms updated https://prnt.sc/tmjyc8 and my php version https://prnt.sc/tmk23y can you please take a look? I'll provide the details in the next post

yes i have found this issue on your site but didn't get the issue behind this i will concern the same with my senior and then let you know

Yes the survey type question is not yet supported in quiz as of now , for that you can use a form from third party plugin as of now . We are working on creating a totally different component for the survey type questions
