In WPLMS 2.4 we’ve added a new question type “Survey type”. The main aspect of this question type is that there is not correct answer for this question and it is only used for collecting responses from users. For existing quizzes, make sure you set the question score as 0.
These questions can be added to any quiz and to create a full survey user can add all the questions of survey type.
Apart from this WPLMS has also extended this to create informational quizzes wherein users can participate and get a response based on the score in the quiz, since there is no correct answer the option number is multiplied by the score for the question, this can be used to display custom messages to the user based on the feedback.
