Register others than myself

Is there a way to activate any feature to register other people than myself? For instance: A teamleader wants to buy a course for his/her team. The teamleader adds the number of seats he/she wants to buy in our webshop, but how do we get the info of the 5 people in the team and how do we register them?

Well this can be handled by the Buy batch feature in batches plugin . refer : But user wont be able to register new users .SHe can only add registered users in her batch . https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-buy-batch-feature/
