it appears there is bug with reordering of items in the course curriculum. the up and down arrows show, but clicking on them does nothing. please advise

I am asking how to reorder the Units in the Course. For example, change the unit order from

thank you for your help, however my Course pages don't have the "Edit course" link which you are showing. I am logged in as an administrator.
when I go to a Course page, it shows the links "Home","Activity","Events","Drive" and "Admin",
there is no "Edit course" link like shown on the video
clicking on "Admin" shows the links "Members", "Submissions" and "Stats"
but there is no "Edit Course" link, please advise why this is not shown.

Check WP admin - WPLMS - Course manager - Edit course page, make sure there is a page connected here. This setting is by default set in all WPLMS setups. If missing, create a new page, set page tempalte "Create content" and set it up
there wasn't a page connected here, it was blank, so I selected the "Edit Course" page. Then I selected "save".
However (I expect it is a bug), when I press "Save", the "Edit Course" setting goes back to blank or "None"...
so this didn't work
I tried making a new page of the template "Create Content", too, and linked to it, but it too goes back to "None" when pressing "Save"...the settings here clearly do not save correctly
perhaps I should say that "Take this course" is None, too. in case it has to be set to something.
but in any case it is not saving

yes of course these are enabled, they are newly installed, it was only a few days ago I bought product

Furthermore if I try and add an edit course menu item (menus—wplms —create edit course ) it gets in infinite loops and newer finishes adding entry to the menu

This is not a normal menu , this is a buddypress menu and not possible to replicate through screen share,
For security purpose you can make your reply private by which only wplms team members are able to see your reply,

So the menu on your LMS—Courses page is buddypress so it cannot be reordered and the “edit course” is missing link , is this what you are saying ? It doesn’t matter to me if it is a “normal “ menu, it is the menu your product supplied for the tool

to reaffirm the bug is when I go to
wpadmin\lms\courses \a course \ view the course and the curriculum is in wrong order
the Curric units are in Wrong order and I Cannot change it either in wpadmin or the front end Course page
and on the Menu the “edit course “ link is missing, clearly something wrong here
I can share my sceeen, watch you click on things or you can tell me how to fix, but not share password in public or private.
