RTL mobile header is not 100% displayed properly plus other things

Hi ,  i am facing a problem in displaying the header menu properly in RTL mobile responsive view. see attached. I have an rtl.css create and this is my setup. Server: Mediatemple DV - PHP 5.6.17 - nginx -FPM - WP 4.4.1 arabic - WPLMS 2.0 - Modern 2.0 theme website : korrasa.com/pass also , how to translate the "type keyword..." in the search shortcode - check screenshot attached

Couldn't replicate the issue, as the header looks fine at our end, refer: http://prntscr.com/9wqkub "Type Keywords..." string is present in vibe course module, you can translate it from there. Refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-codestyling-localization-plugin/
