slow loading of home pages

Hello Team, My web site is loading very slow. Can you please give me some links/guides for addressing/trouble shooting slow page loading of my web site. so that , i can find out , what is the problem for slow page loading. I have used speed test from below link: https://developers.google.com mobile : 51/100 desktop : 62/100 How to address , those suggestions , given by google, so that i can improve speed of web page.   best regards, sanjay k

Note that wplms is buddypress based theme and also uses woocommerce .Both these plugins are heavy for any wordpress site . Solutions: Please refer this topic : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/website-speed-issue/ Deactivate the plugins that you do not feel to be necessary in your site . Hello alex, Thanks a lot for the information. My web site is www.dbvidya.com  , i am not using any woocommerce features. So can i , disable that plugin , so that it will be bit faster. 2. One more doubt , will layer slider cause , slowdown of home page, please clarify. 3. How to know which plugin is causing more slowness, any tool or any web site can give this information. 1. YEs you can disable the woocommerce plugin if you are ot using it . 2. Yes layer slider also slow down pages a bit .You can also deactivate it if you do not want to add slider anywhere in the site . 3. Please install Query monitor plugin this will give you overview which plugin are actually slowing down the pages . Also you can check your php server error log for the faulty plugin causing errors in your site .

Dear Alex, Thank you for the informative response. I think , i am not using woocommerce plugin , but before i deactivate, how do i ensure , that my website is not using woocommerce plugin. Is there any way. Please suggest. Best regards, Madhavi

Make sure that you have not connected any course to the woocommerce product  or set a pricing in any of your course just remove the pricing from all your courses before deactivating it .
