Dear support team, I ran into this problem: https://prnt.sc/10h2wfc 1. The top bit says: "Setup menus in admin panel" - why would I need menus on this page? Does this make sense? - how would I get rid of the entry ("Setup menus in admin panel") 2. Tried to change the color of the activate and submit buttons. Could you provide the css class please? 3. I do not want to display comments and in the page setup comments are 'unticked' - How do I get rid of this please? Thanks!

Sorry...but... all of a sudden the users are registering themselves without somebody acknowledging their registration....?!! I do not know how this happened! New users need to be acknowledged via wpadmin --> users-> manage signups Thanks for checking this too !

Hi, Any usual page has a header and in header there are menus like this https://prntscr.com/10hpwx1 which are managed from appearance>> menus section. You can create and set menus there. But if you do not want to show header on your site or particular page then you can edit the page and set the layout as barebones i.e. No header No footer. https://prntscr.com/10hpuo7 You need to use custom registration forms from lms>> settings>> registration forms Check tutorial here https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-registration-forms-in-wplms/

OK, thanks for that! I do not see what caused this but I do not receive any activation - registration - activation mails , to see the styling of the "activate" page! I set customized registration forms and the registration works though, just the email correspondence doesn't. Could you have a closer look please?

Thanks Diana, it's weird, but this is just not working. I can acknowledge the activation now via wpadmin –> users-> manage signups Then the user can log in, but no mail is sent. Also the "forgot password" link isn't working either :-(

Hi Diana, yes it worked but not anymore and I do not understand why. Would you try it again please? The user is registered, but he doesn't get acknowledged by mail and cannot activate it's account. :-( thanks Stefan

Okay, I tried to check but activation email is not working and you are using buddypress registration form, try using this: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-registration-forms-in-wplms/ And then check The email is not sending is a server related issue, do you have any idea what you changed last time? which lead to this?

Thanks Diana, and sorry, but I cannot see what I changed and what lead to the disruption of the sending of activation email. I looked through the forum and all settings that seemed relevant and haven't found anything. :( There must be some triggers that I have not considered and if you could point them out to me I could have a closer look it would be great.
