Please describe the functionalities of Subscription and subscription duration field. Shall I presume, the user can view the course only for these number of days and if he wants to continue after that days he needs to repay. Shall I need to buy woocommerce subscription plugin or any other your addons

You don't need any plugin or add on for this. Auto renewal means Payment will take place automatically on respective date. But for this you need to have wplms woocommerce subscription plugin  and wplms woocommerce subscription addon. In wplms access is given when order is complete . And for completing order automatically you can use this plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-autocomplete-order/ Please read the instruction carefully and use it. Reply us if you find any issue in it.

You just have to make product virtual and downloadable. rest everything is fine.

Further, some of my issues are still unanswered please look into these too.
