HI vibe forms is definately is pipeline but we are currently working on appointments and a lite theme for vibebp and wplms which substantially reduce the load time for wplms .
We will be releasing it .Vibe forms is actually completed an is in testing phase with few bugs to fix .
Until then you can se contact form 7 form on a page of which link can be added in course unit to fill it.
